A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING COMMITTEE OF
ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickering that the members of the 1967 Township of Picketing
Committee of Adjustment shall be as follows:
1. John Mead to January 1, I968
2. Dennis Horsfield to January 1, 1968
4. David Lewlngton to January l, 1969
5. Edgar James to January 1, 1969
AND shall hold office until replaced by another by-law.
AND THAT the members of such Committee be paid $12.00 per
diem, plus Ten Cents (10¢) per mile necessarily travelled
in this capacity.
AND THAT By-law Number 3131 be and the same is hereby repealed
insofar as it effects tH~ By-law.
