a By-Law of the Corporation of the
Township of Picketing to appoint a
Building Inspector.
WHEREAS X.S.O. 1960, Chapter 249, Section 377, Sub-section 5g
provides for the appointment for such officers and servants as
may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation:
aND WHEREAS Frank Prouse has been Building Inspector for the
Township of Picketing for the past 27 years;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that Frank Prouse be in the same is
hereby appointed as Builaing Inspector for the Township of
Picketing, salary to be determined by the Council from time to
time.
IN THAT all building department employees shall come under his
jurisdiction.
BY-LAW read a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and PASSED this
