BY-LAW NUMBER ~2.2
Being a By-law to dedicate the lands
set out in Schedule fA~ hereto as
public highways.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the To~lship of Pickering
is the owner oF the lands described in Schedule ~A' hereto,
being lands acquired for the openings and widenings of public
roads;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate the said lands
as public highways.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TO~$HIP OF PICKERING hereby enacts as follows:
1, That the lands described in Schedule ~At hereto are
hereby dedicated as p~blic highways.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD time and passed in open Cotmcil
