Lots 155 and 156, and part of lot 15~ and
157, and part of Blocks A and K on registered
Plan 319,
NOW THEI~FORE BE :iF ENACTED AND IT ]~i HEP. NB][
ENACTED:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorised to execute
a Deed dated the 17th day of November 1~66 from The Corporation
of the Township of Pickering to Middlebridge Developments
Limited with respect to a parcel of land containing 3.675
acres, comprised of Lots 155 and 156, and part of lot 15~
and 157, and part of Blocks A and £ on registered Plan 319.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in
open Council this ~ ~ day of~~1968.
