being a By-law to dedicate
part of Lot 12, Concession 5,
as a public .highway
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Township of Picketing is the
owner of the lands hereinafter described, being lands acquired
for t,he widening of a public road;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate the said lands
as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF PICKF~ING .hereby enacts as follows:
1. That the following lands, namely,
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Picketing,
County of Ontario, and being composed of parts of Lot 12 in
the 5th. Concession of the said Towns.hip, which said parcel
may be more particularly described as follows:
FIRSTLY:
PREMISING that the nort,he~ly limit of Lot ll, Concession 5,
bas a bearing of Nort.h 73~8' east and relating all bearings
herein thereto;
BEGINNING at the north-west angle of said Lot ll;
THENCE Westerly along the northerly limit of said Lot 12,
