WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to expropriate part oF Lot 2?, Range 3, Broken Front Concession of the Township of Picketing for Highway purposes. NOW THERA~'oRE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED: l. That the lands being comprised of Part of Lot 27, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, of the Township of Picketing, designated as Part I on a Plan of Sumvey prepared by J. J. Koning, O.L.S. dated August 2nd 1966, comprising an area of 0.140 acres, whereof Hunter Gordon Robertson and Marilyn Francis Robertson are the Owners as Joint tenants, be and the same are hereby expropriated for Highway purposes. READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in open Council. this /~day of Septembe~ A.D. 1966.
