A By-law of The Corporation of The
Township of Pickering, authorizing
the Reeve and Clerk to sign an
agreement with the Hydro Electric
Power Commission of Ontario.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of The Township
of Picketing that the Reeve and Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to sign the agreement between the Hydro Electric Power
Commission of Ontario in connection the water and sewer services
on Montgomery Park Road and Sandy Beach Road, the cost of same
being $60,898.50 for the installation of the said watermains and
the sum of $20,000.00 for the installation of the said sewers
and the Hydro Electric Power Commission of Ontario is to assume
the cost of same.
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND PASSED THIS /~day
