WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Ptckerlng deems it deslreable to amend the provisions
of By-law Number 3036.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of PickerinE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
A. - TEXT AMENDMENTS
1. That Section 7.1.1 be and the same is
hereby deleted and the following inserted
therefore:
7.1.1 Residential
One-Family Detached Dwellings may
be erected and used as an accessory
use to uses permitted under sections
7.1.2, 7.1.3 and ?.1.4 in accordance
with the requirements of section 7.3
and provided that any such dwellings
are occupied by full-time employees
engaged in one Of the permitted uses.
B - That By-law Number 3036 be and the same is hereby
repealed and amended only to the extent necessary
to give effect to the provisions of this By-law.
C - With the passing of this By-law, By-law Number
3053 of the Township of Picketing is hereby
repealed.
D - No part of this By-law shall come into force with-
out the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board,
but subject to such approval, the By-law shall
take effect from the day of passing thereof.
