W~REAS the Council o~ the Corporation of the
Towns~p of Pickeri~ dee~ it desirable to a~nd the provisions
of By-law Nu~er 3037.
NOW T~REFO~ ~ IT AND IT IS HE.BY ENAC~D:
A. Text A~nd~nt
1. That Section 5 be and the sa~ is hereby
a~nded by the addition of the follo~ section
as Nu~er ~.6.]_.
%.6.1. - Notwithstandi~ the provisions of
section No. 5.6, the follo~ property, w~ch
d~s not front on a street, ~y be used for the
erection and occupation of a one fa~ly detached
dwelli~, in accordance with the provisions of
Se cti on 8:
"All ~d Si~ul~ that ceftin p~cel or tract of
l~d ~d presses situate l~ and bei~ in the
Towns~p of Pickeri~ in the County and ~ince
of ~t~io and bei~ co~osed of P~t of Lot Nu~er
eighteen (18) in the ~nth (9) Concession of said
Towns~p, more p~tlcul~ly describea as follows
Co~nci~ at the south-west a~le of lot eighteen
Concession 9,
~ence North 16 degrees O0 ~nutes west alo~ the east-
erly li~t of the allowance for road between Lots 18
and 19, a distance of 15~l feet to a point in the
north li~t of Lane Street,
Thence north 74 degrees O0 ~nutes east, a distance
of 666.~ feet to the place of begi~;
Thena~ north 16 a~grees 0O ~nutes west,
of 132 f~et O0 inches to a point,
Thence north 74 degrees O0 ~nutes east, a dist~ce
of 16~ feet O0 inches to a point,
Thence south 16 degrees O0 minutes east, a distance
of 132 feet O0 inches to a point,
Thence south 74 degrees O0 minutes west, a distance
of 16~ feet 0 inches to the place of beginning~
Saving and excepting therefrom the southerly 13 feet
in perpendicular width which has heretofore been
conveyed to the Township of Picketings."
B. That By-law Number 30~7 be and the same is hereby
amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to the
provisions of this By-law.
C. No part of this By--law shall come into force
without the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but
subject to such approval, the By-law shall take effect from
the day of passing thereof.
