A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
REPEAL BY-LAW NUMBER 2977,, WHICH AMENDS BY-LAW NUMBER 2121
REGULATING TAXIS IN THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
BE IT ENA,CTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Pickeming
1~. THAT By-Law Number 2121 be amended by adding themeto
Clause 5A which will mead as follows:
"The Township of Picketing shall not in any year.sue
mome than 1~ taxi licences."
THAT BY-LAW NUMBER 2977 be and the same is hereby
Pepealed.
BY-LAW mead a First and Second time this ~/~day of , '~r 1964.
BY-LAW mead a Thimd time and PASSED this ~day of ~ 1966.
