Being a by-law of The Corporation
of The Township of Picketing to~
authorize the purchase of .~2~
acres from Michael F. Smith, being~
part of Lot 19, Concession 2,
Township of Picketing.
~HEREAS it has been deemed expedient ~o purchase
the hereinafter described lands for the purpose of a Centennial
Park.
NOW THEREFORE be it and it is hereby enacted.
1. That the lands outlined in red on the sched~ ~t~ch~y
hereto and forming part of this by-law comprising~ ~ ~'~9~.~/4~~~,j~
purchased at the price of ~r-~two Thousand Five Hundred Dolla~
~,5~OO) for the purpose of a Centennial Park.
2. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
such documents as are necessary to give affect to the said
purchase.
