Being a by-law to amend By-law 1~62/82 temporarily
closing a portion of a road for construction purposes
(Dunbarton Road)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the predecessor of section 297 (c) of the Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1990, chapter M,45, the Council of Th~ Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law
1562/82, providing for the temporary closing of roads under the jurisdiction of the Town for
construction purposes;
AND WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend that By-law in certain respect.~
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of Thc Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule A to By-law 1562/82 is hereby amended by adding thereto Item 229, set out in
Schedule I to this by-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of Januar/, 1998.

Dunbarton Road - from Fairport Road to Cloudberry Court.
Road closed from/including January 16, 1998 to/including February. 28, 1998
CONSTRUCTION DURATION:
Approximately 6 weeks.
CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES:
Storm Sewer Installation
· on Dunbarton Road between Fairpe, t Roa~ and Cloudberry Court
Sanitary Sewer Installation
· on Dunbarton Road between Fa~ rport Road and Cloudberry Court
Road L banization (asphalt and curb/gutter)
· on Dunbarton Road between Fai~port Road and Cloudberry Court
Complete Landscape Restoration (grading and sodding where required) · to all areas affected
