THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERJN~
BY-LAW NO. 5193/98
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts' of Lot 11, Plan
282, Plckering designated as Parts' $ and 6, Plan 40R-
I 1206 (Oakburn ~qtreeO as public highway (LD 31/97, LD
$2/97 and LD 33/97),
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 11, Plan 282,
Picketing, designated as Parts 3 and 6, Plan 40R-! 1206 (Oakburn Street) and wishes to dedicate them as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE. the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. Those parts of Lot 11. Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Parts 3 and 6. Plan 40R-11206 are
hereby dedicated as public highway (Oakburn Street),
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of January, 1998.
