AMENDED BY DISPOSITION T,HE CORPO,RATION OF T~E TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER 51.92/98 Being a by-law to appoint By-law Enforcement Officers for certain purposes (Parking Regulation 963-979 Brock Road S. and 1735 Bayly Street - Brock Commercial Centre) WHEREAS pursuant to section 15(!) of the Police Services Act., R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 15, as amended, a municipal council may appoint persous to entbrce the by-laws of the municipality: and WHEREAS pursuant to section 15(2) of the said Act, municipal by-law entbrcement officers are peace officerg for the purpose of enforcing municipal by-laws; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: !. The following persons be hereby appointed as municipal law enlbrcement officers in and tbr the Town of Picketing in order to ascertain whether thc provisions of By-law 2359/87 are obeyed and to entbrce or carry into efl'ect the said By-law and are hereby authorized to enter at all reasonable times upon lands municipally known as 963-979 Brock Road S. and 1735 Bayly Street - Brock Commercial (.;entre: Peter Aires Michael Deppncr Johnathon Mucklc David Belluomini Bashkim Hasaj 2. The authority' granted in section I hereto is specifically limited to that set out in section 1, and shall not be deemed, at any time. to exceed the authority set out in section 1. 3. These appointments shall expire upon the persons appointed in section 1 hereof ceasing to be employees of Nemesis Security Services Inc. or upon Nemesis Security Sep,'ices Inc. ceasing to be an authorized agent of 963-979 Brock Road S., or 1735 Bayly Street, whichever shall occur first. 4. By-law 4133/92 is hereby amended by deleting David Annis and Stuart Jenkins. By- law 4640/95 is hereby mended by deleting David Armis, Robert Godlewski and Glenn Pyrm. By-law 4743/96 is hereby amended by deleting Mandeep Bhuller, Peter Stevenson and Kenneth Mortillaro. By-law 4985/97 is hereby amended by deleting Robert Godlewski and Kenneth Mortillaro. By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of January, 1998. Clerk
