THE CO~ORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICK.,E~G
BY-LAW NO. 5191/98
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts, of Block M, Plan
M-1057, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4,
Plan 40R-3448, as public highway (Eastbank Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Block M, Plan M-
1057, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4, Plan 40R-3448, (Eastbank Road) and wishes to
dedicate them as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Block M, Plan M-1057, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4, Plan 40R-
3448 (Eastbank Road) are hereby dedicated as public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of January, 1998.
