THE CORPORATION OF THE ]['OWN OF PICKERINQ
BY-LAW NO~ 51.88/98
Being a by-law to change the name oJ'Maple Avenue to
Fairview ,4 venue, Plan M.90, Pickering
WHEREAS. pursuant to section 210.111 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter M.45, the
council of a local municipality may pass by-laws tbr giving names to or changing the names of
highways on public property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing ttEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I. Maple Avenue, Plan M-90, Pickering is hereby renamed Fairview Avenue.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and tinally passed this 19th da],, of January, 1998.
