CLERK'S REPORT CL 09-03 ROUGE VALLEY HEALTH SYSTEM -ENHANCEMENT OF MEDICAL SERVICES IN THE CITY OF PICKERING 1. That Clerk's Report CL 9-03 regarding the letter from the President and CEO of the Rouge Valley Health System respecting the enhancement of medical services in the City of Pickering be received. 2. That the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby makes application to the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care to be declared as underserviced in regards to the number of family physicians operating within the City of Pickering. 3. That copies of Report CL 9-03 be forwarded to the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, the Honourable Janet Ecker, MP, Pickering-Ajax-Uxbridge, the Durham District Health Council and the President and CEO of the Rouge Valley Health System. 2. CLERK'S REPORT CL 08-03 PICKERING-AJAX-WHITBY (PAW) ANIMAL SERVICES 2002 ACTIVITY REPORT 1. That PAW Treasurer's Report #2-03 regarding the PAW Animal Services 2002 Activity Report, be received for information. -3-
