NOW TH~REFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY
ENACTED:
1. That the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Deed dated the 13th day of May 1966 from The Corporation
of the Township of Picketing to Frank T. Ross & Sons (1962)
Limited with respect to a parcel of land containing 3.41 acres,
comprised of part of Blocka A. D. and K. and Lots 147 to 1~3
inclusive on registered Plan 319.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in
open Council this /~day of May 1966,
