MEMBERS WH0 WILL COMPRISE THE PLUMBING INSPECTION BOARD OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICEERING.
WRE~SBy-law Number 2636 provided that the Township should license
and regulate Plumbers, Master Plumbers, Journeyman Plumbers, Drain
Contractors, Drain Layers and Apprentices, and that a Plumbing
Inspection Board of Four persons be named, who will set examinations
and mark papers of applicants:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Pickering that:
1. ~he Plumbing Inspection Board of the Township of Pickering
shall comprise the following named persons:
(a) The Reeve of the Corporation
(b) Master Plumber Fred Edwards, West Rouge.
(c) Je~9~n Plumber~ohn Ellis, I~ash Rouge
(d) ~ade Instructor ~ine~ Trade Inspector, Provincial
Trade School,
with the Plumbing Inspector acting as Secretary to the Board.
2. The Board members shall be paid a fee of $15.00 by the Township
Treasurer for each meeting.
3. The Board shall meet at 7:00 p.m. every second MONDAY of each
month subject to applications made to the Board.
4. By-Law Number 2662 is hereby repealed.
5. This By-law shall become effective on the date of its passing
and remain in force until its repeal.
