BEING A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
TO AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF 21.58 ACRES FROM CHARLES RISK
AND NELLIE RISK BEING PART OF LOT 24, CONCESSION 1, TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING, AND TO REPEAL BY-LAW NUMBER 3124.
WHE~AS it has been deemed expedient to purchase the hereinafter
described lands for the purpose of industrial sites.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
1. THAT the lands outlined in red on the schedule attached hereto
and forming part of this By-law, comprising 21.58 acres be purchased
at the price of $56,750.00 for the purpose of industrial sites.
2. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute such documents
as are necessary to give effect to the said purchase.
