A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
THE BOARD OF THE NORTH EAST PICKERING COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR THE YEAR 1966,
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing that the
following named persons comprise the Board of the North East Picketing Coramunity
Centre for the year 1966:

FRANK FINLAY
