WHEREAS Resolution Numbem 409/65 accepted the tendem of
Eloma Constmuction Limited~
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township o~ Pickeming that:
The Reeve and Clemk be and they a~e hemeby authoPized to
sign the agmeements with Eloma Constmuction Limited rom the
amount of $15,~60.80 rom installation of sanitamy sewem and
watemmains on Oklahoma Dmive, Faimpomt Beach.
