A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
AUTHORIZE THE REEVE AND CLERK TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM AT FRENCHMAN'S BAY.
WHEREAS Resolution Number 15/66 accepted the tender of Marino
Construction Limited;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Picketing that:
The Reeve and Clerk be and they are hereby authoriz~ed to sign
the agreements with Marino Construction Limited for the amounts
of $53,101.00 and $36,~45.10 for sewers and watermains mespect-
ively, to be constructed at Frenchman's Bay.
