AUTHORIZE THE REEVE AND CLERK TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWERS AND WATERMAIN ON CHESTER HILL
ROAD.
WHEREAS Resolution Number 442/65 accepted the tender of Craftwood
Construction Limited;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Picketing that:
The Reeve and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to sign the
~.~ with Craitwood Construction Limited for the amount
$15,571.35 For installation oF water and sewer mains on Chester
