A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
APPOINT I!~S?ECTORS TO ENFORCE THE TRENCH EXCAVATORS' PROTECTION
ACT IN THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
BE IT ENACTED by the Corporation of the Township of Pickering~hat:
1. J. A. Finnegan be and he is hereby appointed Inspector ~
enforce the Trench Excavators' Protection Act, 195~, ~d
amendments thereto, in the Township oi Picketing.
2. R. J. Hutchinson be and he is hereby appointed Inspector
~o enforce the Trench Excavators' P~otection Act, 195~ ~d
~ amendments thereto, in the Township of Picketing.
3. R. Harper be and ~ is hereby appointed Inspector to
en£orce the T~ench Excavators' Protection Act~ 195~, and
amendments thereto, in the Township of Picketing.
By-Law Number 2788 be and The same is hereby repealed.
