BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 3051.
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Picketing deems it
desirable to amend the provisions of By-law Number 3051.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN-
SHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
~ ~. That Sectton 6 be and the same is hereby
deleted.
~ ~2. By-law 3051, be and the same is hereby
repealed and amended only to the extent
necessary to give effect to the provisions
of this By-law.
No part of this By-law shall come into force
wihhout the approval of the Ontario Municipal
Board, but subject to such approval, the
By-law shall take effect from the date of
passing thereof.
