AUTHORIZE THE REEVE AND CLERK TO EXECUTE PETITIONS ADDRESSED
TO "THE HONOURABLE THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF ONTARIO IN
PARLIAMENT ASSEMBLED" AND TO "THE HONOURABLE, THE LIEUTENANT
GOVERNOR OF ONTARIO" FOR A PRIVATE BILL TO ESTABLISH A HYDRO
PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION FOR THE SOUTH PART OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Comporation o~
the Township of Pickeming:
1. THAT the Reeve and Clemk be authomized to execute petitions
addressed to "The Honoumable The Legislative Assembly of
Ontario in Pamliament Assembled" and to "The Honoumable,
The Lieutenant Govemnor of Ontamio" rom a pmivate bill
fom the pumpose of establishing a Hydro Public Utilities
Commission for all that pamt ~ the Township south of the
Thimd Concession lying between the Pickeming-Scambomough
boundamy lin~on the ~ and the Ajax-Pickeming boundamy
line on the ~2

Reeve
