A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING PLANNING BOARD.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Picketing that the members of the 1966 Township of PickerinF
Planning Board shall be as follows:
1. Dave Lennox to December 31, 1967
2. Rex Merritt to December 31, 1967
3. Ross Deakin to December 31~ 1966
g. O.W. Irwin to December 31~ 1966
5. -~-~- to December 31, 1968
6. ~-~-~h~'~ to December 31, 1968
7. ~----~-~--~-~ to December 31, 1968
8. -~g~C~A~'~ %o December 31, 1966 (Council)
9. _~_~__~e~ to December 31, 1966 (Council).
AND shall hold office until replaced by another by-law.
AND THAT the members of such Board be paid $12.00 per ~+g,
plus Ten Cents (10¢) per mile necessarily travelled in this
capacity.
AND THAT By-law Number ~ ~'~ be and the same is hereby
repealed insofar as it effects this By-law.
BY-LAW read a FIRST and SECOND time this
