A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT A HEAD OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF BY-LAW ENFORCEMenT.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing by Resolution Number
41367~ passed on November 24, 1965, approved the employment of Mr. George g.
Zellar as By-Law Enforcement Officer;
BE IT THEREFOHE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of Pickerin6~
THAT
1. George J. Zeller be appointed to the office of Head of the Department
of By-Law mnforcement, and that his duties shall be those set out in
By-haw Number 2886.
2. THAT the salary of the said Head of the Department of By-Law Enforcement
shall be Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00) per annum as set
out in Resolution No. 415/65.
5- THAI Mr. Zeller commence his duties as of December 15, 1965, as set out
in Resolution No. 415/65
