dated November 1st, 1965 to John

WHE.,P~EAS The Road Allowance between Lots 9 and 20 in Concession
5 of the Township of Piekering was closed by By-Law No. 309;
AND W~,t~EAS a new Road Allowance was opened in place of the said
original Road Allowance in the Westerly portion of said Lot 10;
AND WI~:REAS John S. Prichard has requested that a deed be given
by the Township to him to confirm his title in that portion of
the said original Read Allowance occupied by him and his pre-
decessors in title since 1670.
NOW THEREFORE' THE, COUNCIL OF T!.~., CORPORATION OF T!~ TOWNSHIP OF
PICK~RING hereby enacts as follows:
t. That the Reeve and Clerk are authorized to execute
a coi~veyance dated the first day of November, 19~, between the
Corporation of the Township of Picketing, and John S. Prichard~
with respect to the Southerly 3,092 feet of the original Road
Allowance between Lets 10 and !1 in the 5th Concession in the
Township of Pickering.
