being a by-law to dedicate the lands described
herein as a public highway.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
is tho registered owner of the lands hereinafter described;
AND WHEREAS the lan~s were conveyed to the Corporation
of the Township o? Picketing for the purpose of a public highway
and it is desira01s to dedicate the said lands as a public
highway.
NOW TIt~;REFORh; ~ IT AND IT IS Ni~R~BY ~NACT~D:
1. That tho lan~s d~scribed as follows:-
ALL AND SINGULAR that c~rtain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate lyir~.~~ and boir~ in the I'ownsnip o~ Picke~ng
in the County of Ontario and Province of Ontario, and being, composed
of part of Block "L" accordir~ to a plan filing in the Registry
Office ~or the said County of Ontario as number ~_18, which said
parcel may be more particularly descriOe~ and ~nown as f~ollows:
