W!~REAS the Corporation of th~' To~nship of Picketing has ~sreed
te purchase part of Lot 1~ Concession 1~ and part of the Road
Allowance between Lots lg and ]9~ from N?argaret Elizabeth (Wia~.er)
Clarke;
AND W~REAS it is necessary for the Reeve and Clerk to execute
the said Conveyance with respect ~o covenants therein on the
part of the Township.
NOW T~REFO~ T~ CON~C~ OF T~ CORPO~TION OF TL~ TOWNSH~ OF
PICKEXING hereby enacts as follows:
1. That tNe Reeve and Clerk are authorized 'to execute a dead
dated December 17th, ].965, from Margaret Elizabe*.h (Winter) Clarke
respecting the p~rchase of pa~t of Lot 18~ Concession 1~ and part
of the Road Allowance between Lots 1~% and t9 in Concession 1,
containing an are~ of 1.50~ acres more or less as more particularly
set out in the said deed.
