THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
being a By-law to dedicate part of Lot 34,
Concession 7, of the Township of Pickering,
as a public highway.
~-tEREAS The Corporation of the Township of Pickering is the
owner of certain lands hereinafter described being lands ac-
quired for the widening of the Road Allowance between Concessions
7 and 8;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate the lands as a
public highway;
NOW ~-tEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
hereby enacts as follows:
1. That the following lands, namely
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or trs~t of land and
premises situate lying and being in the Township of Picketing,
in the County of Ontario and being composed of that part of Lot
34 in Concession 7 of the said Township described as follows:
COM~NCING at the north-west angle of the said Lot 34;
THENCE easterly along the northerly limit of the said Lot 34 a
distance of 216.05 feet to an iron bar planted;
THENCE southerly parallel to the westerly limit of the said Lot
34 a distance of lO.00 feet;
THENCE westerly parallel to the northerly limit of said Lot 34
a di~tance of 216.05 feet to a point in the westerly limit of
said Lot 34;
THENCE northerly along the said westerly limit of Lot 34 a dis-
tance of lO.O0 feet to the POINT OF CO~KENCE~ZENT;
are hereby dedicated as a public highway.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in open Council
this 2% day of November, A.D. 1965. 4 ~
