A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
TO APPOINT A TREASURER-COLLECTOR FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING.
WHEREAS Douglas J. Plitz has tendered his resignation as
Treasurer-Collector of the Township of Picketing, and such
Designation has been accepted by Council as of this date;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Pinker'lng that:
1. Ronald M,itchell be and he is hereby appointed Treasurer-
/2'/~ C'ollector for t'he Township of Picketing and shall commence
his duties January 1, 1966.
q ~'/, 2. The duties of the said Treasurer-Collector shall be those
defined in the Assessment Act, and the Municipal ~t, as
amended, together with those duties preseribed by Council.
3. The aalary of the said Treasurer-Collector shall be $ J3z~f ~
per annum.
~. By-Law Number 2523 be and the same is hereby repealed.
