NOW THEREFORE BE IT A~ IT IS HE.BY ENACTS:
1. Section ~.6 of By-law 2511 as amended is hereby
deleted and the following Section ~.6 substituted the~efoP:-
"5.6 ~ONTAGE ON A STREET
Notwithstanding any other p~ovision in ~his Sy-law no
person shall erect or use any building or structure on a lot
whic~ does not front on a public street, provided that this
Section shall not be construed nor shall anything in this By-law
prevent any persons from maintaining, renovating or ~eDairing
existing structures or prevent the erection of accessory
buildings thereto, provided that all ot~er provisions of this
By-law are complied with, and that the street, whether public
oP private, upon which the building or structure f~onts has a
minim~ width of 66 feet and if a private street that it is
open and passable to the ~ublic at all times duriag the year.
