TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER
being a by-law to dedicate the lands described
in Schedule "A" annexed hereto as a public highway.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Picketing
is the registered owner of the lands described in Schedule "A"
hereto annexed;
AND WHEREAS the lands were conveyed to the Corporation
of the Township of Picketing for the purpose of a public
highway and it is desirable to dedicate the said lands as a
public highway.
,~ NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
~. That the lands described in Schedule "A" annexed
her'eto are hereby dedicated as a public highway.
READ a FIRST, SECOND an~ THIRD time and passed in
open Council this /~day of ~"~g~F~ A.D. 1965.

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises,
situate~ lying and being in the Township of Pickering, in the County
of Ontario and Province of Ontario, being composed of part of Lot 18~
in the first concession of the said Township~ the said parcel of land
being more particularly described as follows:
PREMISING that the southerly limit of the said lot 18, has a bearing
of North 72 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds East, and relating all
bearings herein thereto, then
COMMENCING at a point in the said southerly limit of lot 18, distant
easterly therealong 540.75 feet from the south-west angle thereof;
THENCE North 19 degrees 15 minutes l0 seconds West, 200.14 feet to
a point;
THENCE North 72 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds East, 270.25 feet to
a point;
THENCE South 17 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds East~ 183 feet to a
point in a line drawn parallel to the said southerly limit of lot 18~
17 feet northerly thereof, measured perpendicular thereto~ which said
point is the PLACE OF BEGINNING of the herein described parcel of land;
