IMPOSING A SPECIAL DRAINAGE RATE UPON PART2~T FIFTEEN
(15) IN CONCESSION TWO (2).
WHEREAS J. Hasek, the owner of part of Lot fifteen (15)
in the second (2) Concession of the Township of Picketing,
applied to the Council of the Township of Picketing under
the Tile Drainage Act for a loan for the purpose of
draining such land;
AND W.H.EREAS the Council has, upon his application loaned
J. Hasek the sum of $2,200.00, to be repaid with interest
by means of the rate hereinafter imposed;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the municipal Council of the
Township of Pickerin§ that an annual rate of four per
centum (~%) pe~ annum is hereby imposed upon such land
for a period of ten (10) years, such rate to be levied
and collected at the same time and manner as ordinary
taxes are levied and collected.
