THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER .
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 3036.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Plckerlng deems it desirable to amend the provisions of
By-law Number 3036.
NOW THEREFORE,~the Council of the Corporation of the Town-
ship of Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
A - TEXT AMENDMENTS
1. That Section 7.1.1 be and the same is hereby deleted
and the following inserted therefore:
7.1.1 Residential: .
One-Family Detached Dwellings may be
erected and used as an accessory use
to uses permitted under sections 7.1.2~
7.1.3 and 7.1.4 in accordanc~with the
requirements of section 7.~ ~nd provided
that_any such dwelliDg, i~occupied by m
full time employeeS e~gaged in one of the
permitted uses. ~ ~
2. That Section l~ be amended by adding thereto
Section 1~.3 as follows:
14.3 EXCEPTIONS
14.3.1 Part Lot 33, Con~ssion 1
Notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 14.2.1, no building shall be
erected within twenty-five (25) feet
of either side of the creek on the
hereinafter described property:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel
or tract of land and premises, situate,
lying and being in the Township of
Picketing County of Ontario and Province
of Ontario and being composed of part
of the north half of Lot 33~ in the First
Concession in the said Township of
Picketing which said parcel may be
more particularly known and described
as foll~w~:
COMMENCING at the southeasterly angle of
said Lot 33.
THENCE NORTH 16° 18 minutes ~0 seconds
West, along the easterly limit of said
Lot a distance of ~00~ feet ? 1/2 inches
to a point distant northerly in the said
limit 826 feet ? inches more or less ~rom
the old post and wire fence marking the
existing limit between the north and south
halfs of the said Lot.

THENCE SOUTH ?1° 09 minutes 20 seconds
West, a distance of 32 feet to an iron
pipe planted in the line of the old post
and wire fence marking the existing west-
erly limit of the travelled road along
the easterly portion of the said Lot,
the said iron pipe being the place of
beginning.
T~ENCE CONTINUING SOUTH 71° 09 minutes
20 seconds West, a~distance of 30~ feet.
THENCE SOUTHERLY 16° 18 minutes 40 seconds
East a distance of ll5 feet.
THENCE NORTH 71° 09 minutes 20 seconds
East, 300 feet more or less to a point
in the herefore mentioned westerly limit
of the said travelled road a distance
southerly therealong ll5 feet from the
place of beginning.
THENCE NORTHERLY along the said westerly
limit of the travelled road on a general
bearing of North 15° 54 minutes 40 seconds
West a distance of ll5 feet more or less
to the place of beginning.
B - SCHEDULE "A" 'AMENDMENTS
1. Schedule 'A' of By-law 3036 be and the same is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom in part of
Lot 33, Concession 1, the symobls 'G' and 'A', and
substituting therefore the symbol 'MI' as indicated
on the attached map.
~ That By-law Number 3036 be and the same is hereby repealed
and amende~ ~ to the extent necessary to give effect
to the provisions of this By-law.
D ~ No part of this By-law shall come into force without
the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but
subject to such approval, the By-law shall take effect
from the day of passing thereof.
