WHEREAS by Agreement dated the l~th day~. ~
of March 19 60 , between The Hydro-Electric Power
Commission of Ontario and the Corporation (which ggreement is }-'3
hereinafter called "the Street Lighting Agreement")~ the
Corporation contracted with the said Commission for the light-
ing of streets in that area of the Township as described in
the Corporation's By-law No. 2494
AND WHEREA~ the Corporation desires that the Street
Lighting Agreement shall also apply to an additional area in
the Township as hereinafter described;
N01gTHEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE~
TOWNSHIP OF Picketing enact~
as follows:
1. That the Street Lighting Agreement shall apply to
' that additional area in the Township as hereinafter described, i.'~
All of kegistered Plans Nos. M36 and M37 ~'~
2. That 1OO % of the cost incurred by the Corporation
J/~' under the Street Lighting Agreement for the lighting of streets
in the said additional area shall be assessed and levied on
the rateable property in the area.
3. That 100 % of the cost so incurred by the Corporation
yi shall be paid by the Corporation.
