being a By-law to authorize the Reeve and Clerk to
execute Grants of Easement on Lots 824 and 825,
Plan N-12, from Stromgren and Cromar
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of PlckeringENACT8 AS FOLLOW3:
That the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
Grants of Eaaement dated April 5th, 1965 and July 23rd, 196~
from Edward Paul 8tromgren and Christa $tromgren, and James
Cromar and Barbara Ann Cromar affecting the northerly 5 feet
of Lot 824 and the southerly 5 feet of Lot 825 on Plan M-12
and to affix the corporate seal thereto.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed in open Council
this ~day of August, A.D. 1965.
