A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP TO TAKE OVER OAKWOOD DRIVE
IN PLAN 350 AS A PUBLIC ROAD, AND TO REPEAL BY-LAW NUMBER 1798.
WHEREAS Regletared Plan No. 350 in ROUGE ~LLS provides for a road
66 feet wide and approximately 2,800 feet long, called Oakwood Drive;
AND WHEREAS this road has been built to the satisfaction of our Road
Superintendent~
AND WHEREAS, by resolution, Council have agreed to take over said road~
AND WHEREAS By-Law No. 1798 assumed Oakmount Drive in Plan 350 as a
Township road~
AND WHEREAS the name of the street should have been shown as Oakwood
Drive~
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Picketing, that Oakwood Drive, in Plan 350, be and is hereby declared
a public Township road as of the date of the final passing of this
By-law.
2. THAT By-Law Number 1798 be and the same is hereby repealed.
