Being a By-law to amend By-law 2223
as amended.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED
~ 1. By-law Number 2223 as amended is hereby further
amended by adding at the end of Section 2,.Paragraph 106,
Clause (b) the following:-
"In the event that a single applicant applies for ~re
than five building permits at any one time he shall in no
event be required to deposit a certified cheque or other legal
tender in excess of the sum of $1,500.00 and any subsequent
applications by the same applicant for further building permits
shall be given credit for moneys already on deposit with ~e
Township of Picketing so that in no event shall he be required
to have on deposit at any one time a sum of money in excess of
$1~500000."
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this 16th day or,gust, 1965.
