TO AMEND BY-~,~W NUMBER 2511, AS AMENDED.
WHEREASit is expedient to amend By-law 2511 as amended;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED;
1. Section 5.6 of By-law 2511 as amended is hereby further
amended by adding the following words at the end thereof:
"Provided that this Section shall not be construed
nor shall anything in this By-law prevent any
persons from maintaining, renovating or repairinS
existing structures or, prevent the erection of
accessory buildings thereto, provided that all
otherprovisions of this By-law are complied with"
so that Section 5.6 shall now read as follows:
"5.6 FRONTAGE ON A STREET
Notwithstanding any other provision in this By-law no
person shall erect or use any building or structure
on a lot which does not front on a street, provided
that this Section shall not be construed nor ~all
anything in this By-law prevent any persons from
maintaining, renovating or mepaiming existing
structures o~ prevent the emectlon of accessory
buildings themeto, pmovlded that all other pmovlsions
of this By-law amc complied with."
