AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN OFFER TO PURCHASE AND SALE TO
BRIAN C. STARK, TRUSTEE FOR A COMPANY TO BE INCORPORATED.
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the Munleipal
Council of the Township of Picketing:
THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to execute an Agreement
of Purchase and Sale, dated.~ay 20~ 1965, between the Corporation
of the Township of Pickeming and Brian C. Stark, trustee for a
company to be incorporated, in the matter of lands being composed
of part of Lot 22 in Concession 1 of the said Township, Re said
lands and premises comprising by admeasurement ~.96 acres, be
the same more or less.
