ADOPT AN AGREEMENT REGARDING THE MAINTENANCE OF AJAX-
PICKERING BOUNDARY ROADS.
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Pickerlng met with
~epresentatives from the Town of Ajax to discuss a boundary
road agreement between the two municipalities on May 5, 1965,
and it was further discussed at a Road Committee meeting of
Councilz '
Picketing Township on June 3, 1965;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Corporation ~ the
Township of Picketing
1. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to sign an
agreement between the Corporation of the Township
of Picketing and the Town of Ajax regarding the
maintenance and repair of Ajax-Picketing boundary
roads.
