A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
TO ADOPT AN AGREEMENT REGARDING THE COMPLETION OF ~RVICES
IN THE ROUGEDALE ACRES SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Picketing is
desirous of seeing the Rougedale Acme Subdivision
completed;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Corporation
of the Township of Picketing:
1. THAT the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
sign an agreement between the Corporation
of the Township of Pickeming and Del Brocco ~n-
tracting Limited, a Company incorporated under
the Laws of the Province of Ontario, to provide
for the completion of services in the Rougedale
Acres Subdivision, Township of Pickerlng.
