MARE APPLICATION TO THE DIRECTOR OF TITLES TO CONFIRM UNDER
THE BOUNDARIES ACT THE BOUNDARIES OF LANDS IN FAIRPORT AS
DESCRIBED HEREIN.
WHEREAS in the opinion of the Registrar of the County of
a~, certain areas in Fairport represent "trouble spots"
where properties, as they exist, do not conform to the
registered plan, the Municipal Council of the Township of
Picketing considers it expedient that the boundaries of ]ands
in such areas be confirmed under the Boundaries Act;
BE ~T .~HEREFORE EN~.CTED by the Muni.cipal Council of the
Township of Picker~ng that application be ~de to the Director
of Titles to confirm the boundaries of each of the parcels
within the following areas in Fairport under the Boundarie s
Act:
· A~ - That portion of the Hamlet of Fairport bounded on the
east by Liverpool Road, on the north by Bay Street,
and on the west by French~mn's Bay.
- That portion of the Hamlet of Fairport bounded on the
"B"
east by the west limit of P~an M-15, on the north by
Browning Avenue extended westerly to FrencBm~n's Bay,
on the west Frenchman's Bay, and on the south, the
northerly limit of Lots 1, 2 & 3, Plan 65, Block A, as
extended westerly to Frenchman's Bay.
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this %/J~ day of
