A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2223 WHICH REGULATES THE ERECTION
OF BUILDINGS.
WHEREAS by Resolution No. 202/65 Council deemed it expedient
to amend By-Law No. 2223 by deleting Item il0, subsection C,
paragraph 2~ titled, "Accessory Buildings Exempted";
THEREFORE the Municipal Corporation of the Township of
Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-Law Number 2223, which regulates the erection of
buildings, be amended by deleting Item 110, subsection C,
paragraph 2~ titled, "Accessory Buildings Exempted" which
reads:
"This code shall not apply to accessory buildings used
solely in ~he pu~sui~ of lamming os market gardening on
a parcel of land having an area of not less than five
(5) acPes."
