A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 2576 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING.
WHEREAS by By-Law 2576 of The Corporation of the Township of
Picketing certain lots and blocks more particularly described
in the said by-law 2576 were designated an area of subdivision
control to be called area of Part Lot Control No.
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of The Township of
Picketing deems it desirable to exclude the lands hereinafter
more particularly described from area of Part Lot Control No. 1;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Law 2576 of The Corporation of The Township of Picketing
is and the same is hereby amended by deleting the following
lots from the area of subdivision control designated as
area of Part Lot Control No. 1 under paragraph 1 of said
By-law 2576;
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of lands
situate lying and being in The Township of Picketing
County of Ontario as being all of the following lots
according to the following plan filed in the Office of
Land Titles at Whitby:
PLAN NO. M-20 Lots Numbers 297 and 298
2. This By-Law shall come into force and take effect on the
date on which it is finally passed.
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this J! ~ day of //~ , 1965.
BY-LAW read a Third time and finally passed this J/ ~ day of
1965.
