STOP UP AND CLOSE ~OADT'ALLOWANCE'!'BETWEEN LOTS 20 AND 21,
RANGE II, BROKEN FRONT CONCESSION, TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Pick-e~'ing, by Resolution No. 155/65, made on April 19, 1965,
authorized the stopping up and closing as a public highway of the
lands described in Schedule "A" attached heret'o;
AND WHEREAS notice of this By-Law has been published once a
week "~'0r four consecutive successive weeks and posted up for
one month in six of the most public places in the ~mm~8t~e
neighbourhood of the portion of the said publiC highway to
he closed and the provisions of the Municipal Act relating to
the stopping up of highways have been complied with;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Picketing ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands described in Schedule "A" attached hereto
5ereby stopped up and closed as a public highway.
2. The said Schedule "A" hereto attached shall form part of
this by- law.
3. For the purpose of illustration only, a plan showing the
lands described in Schedule "A" coloured red is attached hereto.

Schedule "A" to By-Law Numbe~
ALL THAT PORTION of the Road Allowance between Lots 20
and 21, Range 2, B~oken F~ont Concession, in the Township of
Picketing, in the County of Ontario, in the P~ovince of Ontario
having an a~ea of 1~ 87 ac~es, mo~e o~ less, mo~e particularly
descmibed as' follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest angle of Lot 20, Range 2,
Bmoken F~ont Concession~
THENCE Westemly in a straight line 66.00 feet to the Northeast
angle of Block A, Registered Plan 578~
THENCE Southerly along the Eastern limit of the said Block A
being also the Western limit of the said Road Allowance between
Lots 20 and 21 a distance of 1,196.3 feet, mo~e o~ less, to the
water's edge on the No~th sho~e of Lake Onta~io~
THENCE Easterly along the said ware~'s edge to the Western limit
of the said Lot 20 being the Eastern limit of the said Road
Allowance ~
THENCE Northerly along the said Western limit 1,277.1 feet, mo~e
om less, to the point of commencement.
